I was trying out the new baking cookbook that I got for my birthday from my friend G. Challah, macaroons, meringues, and a chocolate cake. All very good.

I’m down here (Mass) for my uncle’s wake and funeral. Sad, but good to see extended family and family of family. You know, weddings and funerals… But dad and bro and I had dinner in the north end of Boston, at the restaurant that sits where uncle’s music shop was. Pics soon. Oh, and knitting too.
